back again!
Well I start the vlcd today, first load day was 149 lbs, second 150.5 and this morning 151.5 lbs, I am a constant yo yo...... I have continued my workouts, although I am not sure how much I will be going til vlcd is over now. I am going to be a purist this round, no equal, creamer in my coffee, using only yucky stevia... gag.. and following protocol exact. I'm doing the injections this round again.
