136 lbs. and doing my 1st steak day Ugh!
136 lbs on the scale this morning. Ugh! So today is going to be my very first steak day. I usually do see the scale up a bit on Saturday mornings because I'm usually sleep deprived from working so late on Friday night and having to get up on Sat. and do it again. But here goes, I am mentally telling myself that I will not cheat on this steak day today and I will release this extra weight by tomorrow morning if I follow this simple steak day rule. Wish me luck, and I will post tomorrow with the results!
