Day 11 144 lbs.

Well the scale went back up, I got my monthly yesterday, and I also happened to be up at 5 in the morning and saw an infomercial about colon cleansing, so I went to the health food store and got some pure psyllium husk to start a cleanse yesterday. Wow, did my abdomen swell up! My normally flat stomach was so puffy and huge from this little experiment and I haven't had the expected results yet, so that is the weight gain I'm sure! I'm thinking this temporary weight will be gone by tomorrow again. The maintenance is still going super smooth! Thrilled with this protocol and looking forward to my next round in November!
