day 10 vlcd 140.5 lbs
Really enjoying this round, results are coming fast and I'm feeling great! I stopped working out till maintenance, but the weight is falling off my body! I've lost 9 lbs, if you include losing the gorge weight I've lost 11 lbs. I found a stevia that I love, and cant say enough good things about it! It is the Kal brand, powder form, pure stevia extract, cost me $10 at Sprouts and no bitter after taste! I tried Truvia and gained 2.5 lbs in 2 days.... no thanks! Stevia it is from now on! Ugh!
