slowly dropping the crazy out of the blue weight gain, I did ventured into a step aerobics class yesterday and had a great time, it was fun and effective! Today I'm back to the body pump class, the one that works out with weights. I am so very very sore from using these muscles that have not been worked in so long, but the soreness makes me smile at the same time knowing how good it is for my body! I am excited to see what kind of results I can get before summer really hits, and remember I'm in Arizona so that comes sooner than most places! My life seems to be getting better and better! I will turn 40 in a month and a half, and I really feel like I'm looking the best I have ever looked, and I really just have an air of confidence lately..... and I'm lovin' it!
