135.5 LBS
Its a beautiful day!! It's Friday! The scale is showing some consistency, I don't feel sore today from my new workout routine, I had a really fun date last night, and I get my hair done today.... yea! No more roots! I completed 5 days of working out, and the next 2 days are for my body to recover, and come Sunday I am excited to be back in the gym! I really am feeling like the best version of me lately, and it feels pretty damn good!
