133.5 lbs.
Well today I was at my same weight as my LIW. I am confused as to why my weight has jumped up to 133.5 after maintaining at between 131 and 132 during maintenance. My body feels the same but I'm not liking the scale number creeping up and I am not eating that much to warrant the gain! Yes, I am adding different foods in, some sugar and starches but I'm certainly not going overboard with it. Maybe my body needs a little time to balance out.
