135.5 wow, the scale does move down....

Oh happy day! Besides being date day today, I had some loss on the scale! What a great way to start my morning with good news! And more good news... My brother returns home from his second tour from Afghanistan today! Yes, my little soldier brother has returned once again safe home to us, God is good!! And my father successfully had 3 stents put in to unblock some arteries yesterday and he pulled through, although they said he has terrible heart disease and has many many totally blocked veins and arteries that are too small to stent, at this point, life is precious for him, so I have the blessing to to know to make the best of all time we have together, and to cherish it! I feel pretty amazing today..... well rested, up early enjoying some coffee, getting ready to go to the gym, then welcome my brother home, then date time... Wow, what a fun filled day I have planned! I am blessed!
