132 lbs again
Good Morning! Seems I could just copy and post my last 3 blogs that I have written, because everyday lately I weigh in at the same weight while doing protocol. I do have a cold and have taken some medicine that I'm sure has a trace of sugar (DayQuil and NyQuil gel tablets) Other that being stuffed up this morning, I'm still feeling amazing!
