145 lbs. down 7.5 so far
Lost 1.5 lbs. this morning, and I am super happy with that! down a total of 7.5 lbs. so far and have only completed 3 vlcd days so far! I had my normal chicken and spinach for lunch and for dinner had sirloin steak, salad and broccoli, I skipped the second apple yesterday because I wasn't hungry for it. 10 more pounds and I will be back in my normal I feel great range! Cannot wait!
