135 lbs
It has been a great morning so far, just finished breakfast, a steak 2 eggs and cottage cheese... protein protein protein!!! I also have done my workout at the gym, did body pump today, I really love that class! Had another date last night, it was fun! Feeling great and happy to be healthy and balanced!
