135 lbs. and waving the white flag.....

I have officially just surrendered to maintenance, I just don't have it in me. I weigh 135 lbs. this morning, and I just want to maintain that weight. So, as I sit here with my much missed bowl of oatmeal, and a cup of coffee I proclaim that I give up....Uncle! I will be watching my food choices and intake to stay at this weight, I just can't seem to find it in me this time around to follow it exactly like I did the first round. I do not consider this a defeat since I have met my goal weight and am extremely happy for that. I will check in and post my weight periodically to keep me on track!
