134 lbs

What??? The scale moved down again??? WooHoo!! 134 lbs. , I have not seen that number in a couple of weeks! I have been doing the elliptical machine at the gym the last 2 days because the classes did not fall into my available time, I wonder if that is why I had the sudden drop in weight? Not working out with weights, just pure cardio, all I know is the scale is my friend today! My brother got in yesterday and it was a really cool ceremony, it's breath taking to see all these soldiers uniformed and in perfect rows marching in, it brought tears to my eyes it was so moving! Its great to have him back home! I also had a really fun date last night! Lots of good things going on!
