135.5 lbs up a pound
Well, I'm expecting my monthly pest so I am not at all surprised about the pound weight gain this morning. I am following my VLCD so no need for me to be freaked out in any way, just Mother Nature coming around, no biggie! Feeling amazing, energy galore, and still loving this protocol! If my math is correct I should be on Maintenance on December 4th or 5th, so we are getting there!
