143 lbs. down 9.5 lbs. my first week

Not too shabby, a 9.5 loss this first week, I only need 13 or 14 more now and I will be thrilled! I felt a a small urge for sweets last night for a little while, but I pushed past the urge and it went away! It was only because I was being a couch potato and watching all my dvr'd shows. Another couple of pounds of loss and I will start trying on the jeans that were not fitting over my bountiful behind! It was after 10 yesterday morning when I realized that I forgot to inject my HCG.... that's the great thing about the shot.... it's one stick in the morning and you are done for the day, and don't have to give it another thought!
