137 lbs. day 2 maintenance
Well, I lost 1.5 lbs my first day on maintenance! I am getting over a cold and seem to almost have my voice back, but not to much of an appetite. I did enjoy an amazing omelet yesterday in the morning, and had an apple, a couple pieces of oopsie bread (yummy by the way) and less than half a cheeseburger on the oppsie bread for dinner and that was about it, just wasn't hungry. I am pleased with the scale this morning and I'm looking forward to working out again too starting tomorrow!
