down a half pound 138 lbs. today officially down 15 lbs

Well, it is a loss, and for that I am grateful! I am really starting to wonder how many years it will take me to lose the last 6 to 8 lbs that I want to take off.... At this pace, I have no idea! I had my first major mental struggle with a bag of potato chips last night, I was soooo close to giving in, instead I had some broccoli and cauliflower with Bragg's Amino Acid on it (it tastes like soy sauce) and it got me past, although it was a super close call. Having all the stalls and plateaus this round has really been difficult for me, by far my most difficult round! Well, the good news is that I look great in my jeans and feel good!
