133.5 lbs.
Seemed to have lost that single gained pound and it took a pound with it when it left.... Now that's what I'm talking about! It's weird to think that a little over a week ago I was hoping to get into the 130's, and here I am now even closer to the 120's! Absolutely crazy awesome! This year I guess I will have to find a different New Year's resolution in a different category than weight loss, because I am beyond the original goal that I set of 135 lbs. for myself. WOOHOO! I'm thankful for this protocol and its results!
