140.5 yet again
Well in the last 7 days I have lost a total of a half a pound! Totally frustrating! I have worked out the last 3 days, but I'm going to skip it for a while until I see some loss til goal and I will start back on it during maintenance, I really enjoy working out, but I do not like that it is keeping me from losing weight! Well, once again I will do the VLCD today and hope for a glimmer of loss tomorrow.
