another pound gone, 136 lbs!

I feel fantastic! Besides the fact that it's too damn early in the morning on a Saturday and I wish I was still sleeping instead of getting ready to go to work! I lost another pound bringing me to 136 lbs. and I am thrilled! today starts day 5 of the VLCD, and I'm already down 7 pounds! That is some awesome craziness! I am not sure why it is seeming so easy this time but believe me, I am not complaining. for anyone out there who has followed my blog for a while, the last round I was an emotional mess, found out my Dad has cancer, was breaking up with my live-in boyfriend of over 2 years, and was trying to figure out how to juggle my 4 year old son with childcare and the ton of hours that I put in at work on a start up business. Well, after breaking up and getting back together and finally last week breaking up for good, and being satisfied with that decision finally, my Dad being in his 7th and final week of radiation, and things are looking great with his cancer, and utilizing my parents for helping out 2 days a week watching my Son, so he is not in daycare over 55 hours a week, thank God for Grandma and Grandpa, It seems everything has worked out as it should, and I am in a good mental mind frame at this time, feeling strong, healthy and happy. It was a very bad storm in my life, and I'm happy to have made it through the rain. God is good......
