maintenance day 9 139.5 lbs
Still holding steady right in the pocket of where I should be. I hate being so close to the 140 mark, it seems like a danger zone to me. I hope to have the ambition to get back to the gym next week, I felt so great when I was working out, and now it seems so hard to get my lazy butt there...... Ugh! 1.5 lbs over LIW
