143.5 down a half pound
Tomorrow will make a full week of VLCD and as of today I am down 9 lbs! It would be awesome to lose a pound tomorrow morning and make it an even 10 pound loss for my first week!! We will see what happens. I'm feeling great, eating clean, enjoying tons of chicken and spinach on this round and I look forward to every meal, not bored yet! And I have said it in the past, but there is something in HCG that makes your apple taste soooo amazingly good everyday. Yumm!
