VLCD day 4
Ummm.... Seriously?? I'm actually a little bit giddy, I lost another 2 lbs. ???? I'm at 152 Lbs. as of this morning... really...?? down 9.5 lbs?? I'm a little in shock, that is so much weight for such a small amount of time! Its official.... I LOVE HCG!!! Well yesterday was super easy, no hunger, no cravings, plenty of energy!!! I can really do this! Not sure what my final goal weight should be, but possibly somewhere in the 130's?? I will make sure to read this post over and over when I hit my first plateau... LOL Well, its time for a crappy cup of coffee.... Have a fabulous day... will blog again tomorrow...!!! GOOD LUCK TODAY, MY FRIEND!!!
