132 lbs!
Wow, lost 1.5 lbs, I woke up to a beautiful 132 lbs on the scale today, yippee! I am at my lowest adult weight ever, the same weight as I was for one fleeting day this past thanksgiving, and it's nice to be back, I am excited to surpass this weight. This protocol could not have come at a better time for me to follow, newly single and feeling strong and confident! It actually makes me a little giggly and giddy! Have a great day everyone....
