gained 2 pounds 135 lbs

It has been quite the week, and I went way off course in the last 2 days resulting in a 2 pound well deserved gain. I am happy to say that I am coming out of my fog that I was in this week and I am ready to focus again. This past week was one of the hardest and emotionally draining weeks that I have ever had, I had so much going on in every part of my life, family, personal, relationship and work. I am feeling strong again and I am accepting big life changes. I'm doing a lot of soul searching and I am so happy that my self image is a positive one, it is amazing what losing 28 pounds will do for how you feel about yourself. I'm feeling really great at the weight that I am now, the 133 range and I don't think that I will be losing much more, I need to hang in and finish this round and then go on to maintenance to finish it off.
