142.5 no loss??
My first day of VLCD was really easy, not hungry at all and no cravings. I did not lose any weight though, weird!! I had my 2 apples, some lean steak, and a couple bowls of homemade Cabbage soup that tasted amazing. I will just keep on the straight and narrow again today and see what happens, the scale has to go down tomorrow! I feel good this morning, I slept well last night.
