137 lbs

Well still would love to be under my danger zone of 135, but thats OK...... I completed my 3rd week of working out at the gym 5 days a week, and I'm thinking i'm making some great new habits for myself! My son LOVES the play area still and is always happy to hear we are "going to work out"! I seriously feel unstoppable these days, I am oooozzzzzing with confidence and it is showing, because I have been hit on more times this past week at work, and been told by lots of my female customers that I am looking great more times than I can count! I feel strong, confident and beautiful! Wow, rereading what I just posted made me tear up..... it has taken almost 40 years to put those words out there like that and believe it with all of my heart... I'm blessed and thankful....
