Well I didn't go too crazy yesterday with food, did enjoy a couple glasses of wine and some beer though. I am back to trying to finish this protocol, I have about 5 days until I begin the maintenance portion of the diet, and I welcome that time soon! This round started off really easy, but due to crazy life circumstances, I fell off track quite a bit here in the end, although I have surpassed my goal and am where I feel pretty amazing, I need to get through the rest of VLCD and then the 3 weeks of maintenance to reset my hypothalamus to make this my new set point of where my body wants to stay on the scale. This battle is not over yet....
