129 lbs.
Well I did not think I would see that number again, but it is most definitely welcomed, 129 lbs. this morning. I only have a few more days on maintenance left so I need to start reading up on the transition out of p-3 to everyday life, I forgot exactly the new set of rules about to take place. I'm super thrilled with how consistent my weight has been, no steak days and not a single day over my LIW weight! I really want to be super careful and keep this as my new set point, I don't want to gain again, I feel to damn good right here!
