VLCD day 9...

WooHoo.... We are right on the cusp of the 140's!! Yes, I weighed in at exactly 150 lbs. this morning!!! It is crazy, 9th day of vlcd, and 11.5 lbs are gone from my body... and 3 of those days I was the same weight with no loss, but yet.... down 11.5 lbs in total, that is an average of over a pound a day loss, just like I read about when researching this diet! So to any skeptics for doing the homeopathic drops, compared to the daily injections, I see no difference (other than I spent a lot less money....) I seriously want to scream this incredible diet from the roof tops!! I remember thinking... what?? Only 500 calories a day?? I will be lethargic, tired and hungry!! But let me tell you, just the opposite, I really do feel amazing, and on top of my game. Well, hopefully I will be posting a new weight tomorrow in the 140's......
