150 lbs

Day 1 went super smooth and easy for me, and resulted in a 2.5 lb. loss, now that's what I'm talking about! So tomorrow I fully expect to be back in the 140's thank goodness, and hopefully by the end of my second week back into the comfortable 130's, and feeling amazing again! I really like the injections, you do it once in the morning and you are done, not 3 times a day without eating or drinking 20 minutes before or after, and I just don't have to think about it. I had 2 apples yesterday 2 chicken breasts and 2 servings of spinach, and I was absolutely satisfied and comfortable all day. I will post tomorrow.
