131.5 today
I'm 131.5 today and doing fine. I followed p-3 as prescribed, my fluctuations are so small, but I will admit if I were to wake up to another little half pound gain tomorrow, I would be a little less than thrilled, I am still 1.5 or 2 pounds under my LIW weight, but I really fell in love with the 129 on the scale 2 days ago! It's early on a Sunday morning and I have to get my butt in the shower and get ready for work, damn, my bed was sooooo comfy, but this coffee is tasting good and I will not give in to the snooze button today!
