132 lbs.

Happy Thanksgiving! I woke up to a surprising 132 lbs. seeing as I will most likely indulge today at my parents house, I'm sure this number will only be a fleeting glimpse and will disappear by tomorrow! I'm still a little depressed and food has not been the first thing on my mind these days, so I'm not all that surprised in the 3 pound drop this late in the game. I LOVE my new slim figure, and I hear comments all the time about the weight loss and that feels wonderful. Today I am thankful for my health, my strength, my son, my family, and my faith in God. I hope you have a great holiday, and don't cheat on protocol like I plan to do.....
