142 down 10.5 lbs.
Down a pound from yesterday bringing me to 142 lbs. It seems like I have hit a small stall although I definitely cannot complain about completing 9 days on VLCD and a 10.5 lb. loss!! In fact I'm thrilled to have made that goal! I am really looking forward to losing the next 5 pounds because that is when I get back into the clothes that are not quite fitting again yet! I hope that when I am through with this round that I can keep my weight at a permanent good weight with the help of the gym.
