139 lbs.
Hmmm, we do not like this number on the scale whatsoever! I must just be holding on to some water weight today, I'm not too concerned. Its crazy having a 3.5 lb. gain overnight! I am debating going to the gym this morning, I went 6 days this week and took yesterday off, there is a class that starts in an hour so I may just go since the scale was so ugly today!
