140.5 lbs.
Well I finally released a pound, down to 140.5 lbs. now if I can just get over this 140 hurtle and get into the 130's I will feel much better! My son started kindergarten yesterday, it was super exciting, and he thankfully loved it! I did not do any crystal light yesterday, and I had a salad with steak on it for lunch and my chicken with spinach for dinner and of course my 2 beloved apples! Yum!
