138.5 did an apple day
Finally, I'm in the 130's!! Wow, this plateau really was a test, I'm glad I didn't consume a whole pizza at some point! I did an apple day yesterday, all I had was 4 apples, and the scale moved, and it moved 2.5 pounds, that's huge! I would be happy ending this round at 130 lbs, we shall see if my stubborn body and scale cooperate! Anyway, I'm relieved to have broken through this plateau and I hope its my last one for the round!
