vlcd day 8 and the scale has moved finally!

Back on track! I lost a pound, Hallelujah!! I knew it would eventually have to budge! Nothing new to report other than I am really surprised how easy this diet is for me, and I can't believe how much I love apples now! I got a 10 lb bag of red delicious apples at Costco, and they are the freshest, crispest apples ever... yummmm!! I will be very excited to get into the 140 lb. range here soon, it has been 2 years since my days of weighing in that range!!
