137 lbs!
I am finding it pretty amazing that I had a 3 pound loss the day after a 2.5 loss! That's a 6 lb. loss so far this round and I'm only 5 lbs away from my lowest ever weight of 132 lbs. This is the reason that I sing the HCG praise all the time, fast effective results, LOVE IT! Yesterday was an easy day for me, not finding myself hungry at all so far either, I think that is because I'm feeling focused this time around, and for that I am thankful. Let's hope today is another smooth sailing day!
