Maintenance day 1 138.5 lbs.

I am excited to have an omelet this morning, we are talking bacon, cheddar, onions and green chilies.... yum! I also had a taste of the oopsie bread that I made yesterday, and to my surprise I love it, something happens to it when it sits overnight in a ziplock in the fridge, magic! I may attempt a burger on it for lunch or dinner today. I have had laryngitis yesterday and today, and I'm fighting a cold... yuck! I sure hope to have my voice back tomorrow!
