136 lbs and not surprised

Well I'm up a pound on the scale, and I take full responsibility! After my high protein breakfast yesterday, I took my son to a Hawaiian Festival, and we tasted the islands! lol! We had awesome noodles stir fried, Hawaiian shaved ice, homemade potato chips, ice cream, Island style doughnuts, ugh, I felt so yucky last night after all that crap food! today it will be clean eating! I'm getting ready to head to the gym to reverse yesterdays food fest! I better work extra hard today!
