133.5 lbs
I followed protocol yesterday but saw a 1/2 lb gain this morning, I think its the after shock from the pizza still, I didn't drink as much water as I usually do either! I don't feel the extra pound on me though. After re-calculating I discovered that yesterday was my last day on the HCG drops so I just follow VLCD until Thursday (today is Tuesday) at 7 PM and then my 72 hours will be up and maintenance begins! Well, I am thrilled with this current HCG round, and I am happy to start and complete my maintenance phase and then just have this weight as my new set point, because I feel GREAT!!
