down 3 pounds 143.5
It was actually a really easy first day, getting back into the 500 cal groove, and I showed a loss of 3 pounds on the scale this morning, still about 2 - 3 pounds higher than I have become used to being in the last couple of weeks, but hey, I will have that corrected really fast and then onto a new frontier, like weighing in in the 130's, and I have not seen that kind of weight in a very long time and I'm excited to get there in the near future! I will blog again tomorrow!
