vlcd 10 and getting smaller...

Happy dance day!! I'm at 149 lbs. this morning, and yes... I am thrilled! Not a whole lot to say that I haven't posted before. I'm happy to be melting the fat away, and people are starting to notice the weight loss... that always feels good! My tummy is flat and my waist is defined, back fat is disappearing, and I'm hoping to start loosing in my big ole booty here soon! Have an awesome day! I need some yucka coffee......
