137 lbs
Well today will start my 7th day on the VLCD and so far this round I have lost 9.5 lbs! Not too shabby! I was excited to see 137 on the scale this morning. Feeling great, lots of energy and not hungry with the 500 calorie diet. I really think the mental secret is eating a big salad, it really satisfies with all the chewing and being able to eat something in a big amount.
