139 lbs. 4 more days of maintenance
Well it seems I'm almost done, only 4 more days of maintenance and that's it! My weight has really held in the intended zone, never had to do a steak day and really ate what I wanted minus the starch and sugar, lots of steak, lasagna made with eggplant instead of pasta, this was pretty much a staple that got me through.... Delicious! And the sugar free items that are made these days are just amazing.
