138 lbs.
No loss today, stayed the same as yesterday. I tried the California Kicker yesterday, juice from half a lemon, cup hot water, sugar substitute to taste (I'm an equal gal....) and cayenne pepper. it wasn't terrible to get down but I sure did not see any loss today because of it either... Maybe I will attempt it once more today.
