Day 14 142.5 lbs.
Well, interesting would be one word to use for yesterday! I have experienced a lot of firsts yesterday, like Ohhhh, my first enema (oh joy) and first suppository! But I have had some relief from my terrible uncomfortable-ness, and for that I am grateful !! Yeah, I think its safe to say that that will be my first and last attempt at any colon cleanse from now on! So this is day 14 of Maintenance, and its smooth sailing. My weight has been very stable within 2 lbs. at all times going between 142 and 144 lbs. I feel that I have truly reset my hypothalamus and my body feels this is the weight it should be at for now until round 2! One more week to go on maintenance and I will be curious to see what happens after adding in some Carbs and sugar! this HCG journey has been AWESOME !
