133.5 lbs and slowly creeping down..
It's 5 a.m. and I'm brewing my beloved coffee before getting ready for work on a Sunday...UGH! Good news is that I'm down a half pound bringing me to 133.5 lbs and that feels pretty damn good, let me tell ya. Went to bed at 9 last night and woke before my alarm today, and it feels good to be well rested, yesterday was a sleep deprived day. OK scale gods.... I'm only 2 pounds away from being my lowest adult weight ever in history and I want to get there! Have a great day everyone!
