Day 1 of maintenance!! Scared yet excited!

Wow, down another half pound to 142 lbs. So my loss so far is at minus 19.5 lbs! I am beyond thrilled with my results and it will seem odd to eat more calories and different foods today. I will be putting some half and half in my coffee this morning! I was so excited yesterday thinking of what I CAN eat today, but as of this moment, no cravings or wants of any kind, although I'm sure I will be indulging in something yummy that is sugar and starch free. I can not believe that I weigh UNDER what I did 2 years ago, and by 5 pounds, it freaks me out! When I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror it brings a total smile to myself, all my clothes are too big on me except my skinny clothes, I knew I was keeping them for some reason other than to torture me on a daily basis in the closet for the last 2 years! :) The sense of feeling great in my skin is beyond words, and I still think I can lose another 10 - 15 lbs. I wonder what a size 5 or 7 would feel like.... I'm probably 5 to 8 pounds away from a size 8!
